Warranty

Wavonic products come with a one-year warranty, starting at the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only covers products purchased as new.

What is covered

The warranty covers parts and labor, only. The cost of shipping the product to our facility is not included in the coverage.

What is not covered

Problems that result from:

  • External causes such as accident, misuse, abuse or problems with electrical power, such as, power line surge, improper voltage supply, etc.

  • Products which have been modified or tampered with in any way.

  • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.

  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Wavonic unless specifically allowed in the product instructions, such as, headphones.
